GrandRich Group is an importation and e-commerce company that connects customers in Nigeria to trusted manufacturers and suppliers in China. We provide product sourcing, shipping, and delivery services for individuals and businesses.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, capable of entering into binding contracts, and understand the risks associated with international shipping and importation.

2. Product Orders and Pre-Orders

All products listed on the website can be purchased directly or through pre-order, depending on availability.
Pre-order products require full or partial payment upfront. Pre-order delivery times vary based on supplier availability, shipping method, and customs clearance. Estimated timelines will be provided but are not guaranteed.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance. Minor differences may occur due to supplier variations.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for all products must be made through the available payment channels on the platform, including bank transfers, payment platforms, or other methods approved by GrandRich Group.
All prices are displayed in Naira (₦) and may be subject to change without prior notice.
Payments for pre-orders are non-refundable, except in cases where GrandRich Group cannot fulfill the order due to supplier issues or force majeure events.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer air shipping (8–14 days) and sea shipping (45–60 days). Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
GrandRich Group handles shipping, customs clearance, and delivery to your specified address in Nigeria.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery in Nigeria. Clients are encouraged to inspect packages upon receipt.
Additional charges, such as customs duties or import taxes, may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Product Availability and Accuracy

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of product information, we do not guarantee that all details, images, or specifications are error-free.
GrandRich Group reserves the right to cancel, modify, or substitute orders if the requested product is unavailable, discontinued, or cannot be shipped.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Standard products delivered as ordered may not be eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.
Pre-order products can only be canceled before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
To request a return, damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (e.g., photos or videos).
